There is a clear mark on the back seat door that is obviously from the accident. The refusal to repair it was explained as being due to the car being dirty and the damage not visible in the initial photos. However, that raises concern—how could additional damage have occurred while the car was in your care?

They did an awesome job, not only did they fixed my trunk but had also done minor repairs where needed and ran a diagnostic on my car to let me know what is wrong under the hood, very great and professional and timely!!

The service exceeded my expectations. Having experienced a downer in terms of being involved in a crash, with corresponding property damage, I was prepared for the worst. Aaron and his team, as their motto says, made me feel relaxed and taken care of. They coordinated very well with the insurance and rental car company, such that it did not feel that I was without my vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle, 4 days after submitting it, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked even better than ever…it looked brand new. I appreciate not only the prompt service, but the diligence and pride that they take in providing great service and product. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I know.

From the beginning Allen gave me the impression that I would have a better satisfaction of repair done at their shop, Yes indeed it happened. He was up to date on the repairs texting me all the time and that’s amazing I’ve never been treated like a VIP. Thanks much appreciated
