When I originally went to pick up my vehicle I had a few questions & concerns , Tommy said not a problem we will address them and your vehicle will be ready for pick up the next day. Above & beyond the owner called and personally addressed the issues , when I returned the next day I was immediately impressed that the issues I thought were a problem was addressed to my satisfaction. The repair was done well. I understand that some parts took longer than expected to arrive and that changed the original completion date several times. I wish that information would have been pushed to me instead of me having to call on each due date then getting told of a delay each time.
