Carstar Scolas in Brookfield did an excellent job fixing the front end damage on my SUV after my accident. While putting my SUV back together one of the parts was not up to the quality standards so they immediately took that off ordered the OEM part and reassembled my SUV again. I had a great experience with Carstar and would bring my car back to them in the future hopefully I will never have to. Thank you Carstar you did an amazing job on my SUV!

People were nice. The one negative was that I wasn’t really kept up to date. I was initially told it would take 3-4 days but didn’t hear back for two weeks. The work was great, but would have been good to be kept up to speed.

Absolutely would not recommend. Their customer service is atrocious they don't keep you informed and they don't take care of your vehicle or test repairs before pickup

Carstar Scola sliced the driver's seat of my car that's only 2 years old. Refuses to repair or replace it and has told me the make of my vehicle is not made well. They also left silver paid on my center console. The mirror on the door that was replaced was not working when I did go to pick it up. They told me for 4 straight days the car would be ready the next day and did not tell the insurance company it would be taking longer. The actual repairs they did look good but they are sloppy and careless with people's vehicles.

The repair turned out good, I don’t think my paint was match well. The area that was damaged seems a bit darker the the rest of the vehicle. other than that, my car looks great.
