The representative who performed the valet service for my rental car was very rushed when he returned my vehicle and was a bit curt. He claimed he'd been calling me to tell me he'd arrived, but I never received any call from him (assume he dialed a wrong number). While I understand he was "on a schedule" I would have expected a bit more courtesy.

I was told the repair would be done before the insurance company's completion date - it wasn't - and I was told car was ready late Friday 2 hours b 4 shop closed for 3 day holiday w/e - didn't appreciate the short notice
