The staff was kind, accommodating, and thorough. My car looks beautiful. I know it was handled with great care. My car was finished 3 days earlier than estimated. I got the call near the end of the day & I came right after work. It was closing time, but they helped me check out anyway saving me another day of car rental fees. I was grateful. One small thing could have helped me was if I was told about car wash restrictions whenever I dropped it off instead of when I picked it up. My monthly car wash was charged 4 days before picking it up. I would have cancelled it before that if I’d known about the safety restrictions for new paint. A minor issue, just an FYI to tell customers right away. I appreciated everything Carstar did for me. It was great to get back in my own beautifully repaired car. 🚙

The whole team made me feel that u made the right decision in selecting them for my r pairs . They helped me along with the rental location as my vehicle was being repaired . My truck was done within 2 weeks . They also provided after care instructions which was helpful.
