I was told that my vehicle would be ready and then it was not. I had to call most days because I wasn’t given updates. I heard from the manager that he was waiting for a part. I would like to say thanks for work but better updates to customers going forward would be best

Great service and very pleased with the repairs. Jack was so very helpful and even helped me with Farmers Insurance. Farmers Insurance only wanted to pay a portion of the balance left after my deductible. Jack spoke to Farmers and they finally agreed to pay the full balance. Jack and the rest of the people working at CarStar in Brookfield are very professional and great people to work with.
