They’re not professional and they don’t show concern for their customers.

I never knew when the car was ready. There was poor communication and I had to constantly call daily to check on it. It was a damaged bumper and they kept the car for 3 weeks for something I thought could have been repaired in a week. Customer Service is awful. That lady that sits on the left is very amicable, polite and professional.

I am totally satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle. The team did a nice job—the car looks brand new again. The paint match is perfect and the body lines are seamless. Beyond the technical work, the communication was excellent and the car was returned clean and on time. Highly recommend!

So far the repair seems great! I liked everything about my experience except for the misunderstanding that I would have liked to have known the amount of out of pocket cost for repair to decide if I wanted to pay Carstar directly or submit to insurance and only pay deductible.
