Very disappointed to say the least, it took all my composure to deal with the situation if I was running a professional business I would focus on what is important to the client, very disappointing to see the vehicle not cleaned up and detailed. This will certainly not get you any good publicity form me, you send updates and appear to have professional services but it's far far from that, very disappointed and will not use or recommend your services in the future.
