Buff marks left on car. Front light scratches, should have been replaced. Scratch marks not painted on the back lift hatch

Did not replace front driver side light lens Scratches on lens. Many areas did not get buffed and some areas that were buffed are flat. I told the representative that I would like to have this work done when I go on vacation July 20th -29th. Please put me on schedule to drop my car off on the 20th of July 2026
