I would have given a 10 they did a fantastic job on providing updates and the body work. I was a little surprised when I picked up my car that one walked out with me to do a once over of the car and there were finger prints inside the window frame. Other wise I am VERY Happy and would recommend them.

The pin stripe was not done to match the other side of the car. The door edge protector was not replaced. In fact, it was on the floor of the passenger side and was approximately 5” shorter than when I originally installed it.

The paint color matched just fine. The staff is friendly and attentive. The reason for not giving them a perfect score is for two items; the new pin stripe did not match the original layout. The second was the door edge protector was not replaced. Come to find out, it had been ordered but wasn't in when the car was returned to us. A heads up would have calmed that situation before it became a situation. The good news is: the folks were very quick to handle the shortfalls and were VERY good about it!!
