After the vehicle was there for two weeks for a minor repair I got home and found out that the passive door lock on the door that was repaired doesn't work. The same door had a damaged gasket hanging from the door handle when I got home. It's obvious that this door wasn't checked after the completion. I'm not very happy!

Always so professional from the time you walk in the first time to the time you pick up your keys when it’s finished. The car is beautiful and they did a great letting us know every step of the process. You worry about nothing throughout. I highly recommend Car Star thank you

Asked initially to please make sure both headlights were replaced as the deer hit both and wanted to make sure headlights matched and was part of the insurance claim. Was told that would be taken care of. That didn’t happen.

This not my first repair with Carstar Sidney Ohio and I have been pleased with service each time. I have been recommending Carstar and will continue to once the current issue is resolved with satisfaction.

The repair looks good, but now I have a hood ajar light on which was not on before the repair. The hood sensor wiring harness on the Ford Fusion runs just below the drivers side head light inside the bumper and fender where the repair was done. I have scheduled 3/9/2026 with the bodyshop to investigate.
