My car, the red Mitsubishi' Lancer you worked on is mine, its registration is in MY name, NOT Douglas’ name. My husband, Douglas is NOT the owner. I am. His name is NO WHERE on MY car.So please make the change. MY car was NEVER in Douglas’, my husband’s, name. That is the only thing that is bothering me. Otherwise, everything was great!

When I dropped off my car, they made sure I had a ride instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own. That level of care meant a lot. What impressed me even more was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. I never had to call wondering about the status of my vehicle because they were always one step ahead. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but this group absolutely does. They left a water bottle on the front seat and all the stuff that was in my trunk in both the front seat and back seat. My passenger had to move all of it so he could sit on the seat. Unless there was a reason for all that mess, I was very disappointed.
