I don’t know if there will be a chance for a closing comment I was so happy!!!!! My agent at Allstate recommended this place because he was so satisfied with the work they had done on his car. From the first time I entered the building, I knew this place was for me From the receptionist that greets you , who is Polite, smart, kind And in the know about things, to meeting Bobby. Bobby is such a vibrant and reassuring person-THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was as if I was ordering a cappacino From the barista, easy questions, easy answers-boom the car is ready. So uncomplicated I would highly recommend this place to each and everyone I Know. I told my friends in LA come here if your in an accident situation. Very professional and informative thorough out the whole process. I’m the type of customer that can’t be on the phone during the day. My insurance provider has an online portal for claims which Carstar was able to communicate their estimate and quotes to relate the repair process. Bobby handled the return of my vehicle to Enterprise so I could pick up my car and be on my way. Great customer service . would highly recommend I was rear ended and my bumper needed to be repaired , the process took 2 days. Thanks Robert Herrera and Staff at Carstar
