I went in for an estimate 10 mins before they closed, and was quickly greeted and helped by Lance and was not rushed. They ordered the parts right away and then called me to set up the appointment to drop off my car. There was more damage noticed once they took the car apart and the work was going to take 15 days as they needed to order additional parts. They ended up calling me and letting me know I could pick up 5 days early. They did an amazing job and I picked up a very clean car. I will definitely use them if I ever need to again and highly recommend them.

Taking my car for repair to Carstar in Simi Valley after a small accident it turned to be the most wonderful experience for me. It supposed to be a very stressful situation but thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Lance and the supportive care and communication from Kristin everything went smooth and stress free!
