From the day we brought our truck to you, for the estimate your office people were so impressive with the cordial efficiency they began the process to repair our truck. They made a commitment to us of 7 or 8 days to complete repairs. On the seventh day you called us to come pick up our truck as repairs are completed. I am so very Impressed with the Excellent quality of the repairs, the whole truck completely detailed and cleaned. We can’t thank you enough for the whole EXCELLANT experience that was so efficient, cordial and impressive. I will recommend you Highly to anyone who asks me, They just won’t find ANYONE better!! From the first day for the damage estimate, I was very impressed with how the analysis was detailed and how long the repairs would take to complete. Very courteous in all processes to make sure we were satisfied with the results. The commitment date for Repair completion would be 7 days. And it was completed in 7 days, and we are so satisfied with the Excellent repairs of our truck and how their staff were a pleasure to do business with, they go the extra step to make the customer happy. The service including Carstar taking complete responsibility for communicating and negotiating with the insurance company was a 10. The quality of the repair/replacement work was a 10. Carstar's communication to the customer (me) could have been better by initiating it more than just once in two weeks.

Very fast acquisition of the catalytic converter part (1 day), when all other shops, including the Toyota dealer, said minimum 2 months.
