I just got my car’s rocker panel painted with Carstar and it came out perfect! I have a unique color on my car and the team there was able to match my color precisely. I felt taken care of completely during the process. CarStar informed me every step of the way including the availability of the parts, towing, when the car will be available, and the possibility of the smoke smell in the first few days with the new catalytic converter. During the process, i knew exactly where I was and what to expect. I had the most positive experience as fas as an auto claim / repair goes. Bravo, CarStar!

Thankyou . My only regret is that we brought it to you on a Friday and it was completed on a Friday. It was a 4 day job ( done very well) however we could have had our own vehicle over the weekend . We were encouraged by your team they’d work on it Friday.
