After going over my vehicle throughly. The flap isn’t secure like the left side. The trunk has a larger gap than the left side. My back windshield wiper doesn’t go all the way down. The front right side should have been smooth out and painted which I originally reported when I brought my vehicle in. Looks like some screws are missing.

Suspension is not fixed on the passenger side front and rear passenger side is not working properly. Several warning lights appear on the dashboard. Needs further investigation and repairs. I will be returning my vehicle to the shop early next week.

This was my first time using Carstar. I was completely happy with their service especially the fact that they make sure to completely inspect their work before turning it over. They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They maintained good communication with me about how long the process would take and how they were working with my insurance. They clerk was ver professional, helpful and polite.
