in spite of them, not keeping their word about the date one day behind was OK so the time it was good, but I felt like they could at least vacuum my car out and wipe the seats off just returned it clean

I am satisfied with the repair quality and how my vehicle was returned. There are still some outstanding issues regarding my wheel lock that is missing and I hope that it is resolved soon. Overall, I has a good experience and would consider Carstar for future repair needs.

Not a bad experience but not great. I was surprised there were scratches in the clear coat when I came to pick it up. Also, it took a while to get the car into the shop as well. Communication was okay, I had to call and get updates multiple times.

Vehicle looked great and drove fine when picked up. Fourth time started vehicle and has check engine code. Never had before repairs and was not illuminated even after accident. Carstar should repair at no cost to me.
