Vehicle looked great and drove fine when picked up. Fourth time started vehicle and has check engine code. Never had before repairs and was not illuminated even after accident. Carstar should repair at no cost to me.

Missing parts. Clicking sound coming from door lock ( told me to schedule an appointment in two weeks). Cut wires to music without informing me ( had to replace on my own). Terrible cleaning inside truck. (Shop dust still on rug and seats). Had my truck for over a month.

Just tell them to cover their seats themselves and to call for updates rather than waiting for text messages from the shop. But the work seems to have been done just fine.
