Yvonne was professional and courteous during the entire process. I didn’t like how when I requested a callback from the manager regarding damages done to my car while the car was in the shop, the manager didn’t call call me back but had Yvonne, the receptionist call me.

The car was picked up to have to take it right back. Due to mechanical issues all the lights on the dash came on n I couldn’t change gears on the car.n the brake light came Ivonne Indicated that there were issues . I asked if the mechanical has been she ensured me that they had it was a waste of my time picking it up
