I appreciated the response to my calls. Every time I called I was received with friendliness and professionalism. As well as the follow through. When I was told that I would receive a callback, it happened. My vehicle looks really good upon pick up today. Restored back to its original look and condition before the accident. I really appreciated the updated phone calls I received from CARSTAR. Those simple calls explaining the status of my repairs,about the parts ordered,if parts being on back order might affect the completion time of my vehicle.
