Very professional service from the day I stopped with my car until I picked it up. Being a lady, anything about a car and repairs can be intimidating. But I was made to feel very comfortable and respected. Sterling made sure I was taken care of as they communicated with my insurance as well as obtaining and returning my rental car. I very much appreciated their texts giving me details of the progress on my car along the way. My car looks amazing, the repairs were complete and the clean up was phenomenal. I will certainly recommend Sterling services to other people as well. If I have an issue again I will return to Sterling repair service.
