From start to finish, the team was outstanding. Their communication throughout the repair process was excellent, keeping me well-informed regarding progress and expected completion. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail—they even identified that the dealership-applied protective film had been installed incorrectly and was peeling. The bodywork itself is flawless; you cannot tell the car was ever backed into. This was, without a doubt, higher-quality work than I have received at other local shops on the preferred repair list for Audi.

The team was great to work with, very professional. They were very easy to talk to and they were upfront and honest & helped with rental assistance. (Much appreciated) Customer service was excellent, they kept me informed and up to date on the progress. They did a thorough job, and even cleaned up the vehicle inside a little bit. They did a great job working with my insurance and the process went very smoothly. I am very satisfied.

Carstar made what is a very frustrating situation an easy and pleasant experience. Great team that is focused on making sure we the customer are happy, really like that they guarantee their work. If I ever have another need for a body shop I would go back to them.
