Our experience with CARSTAR was excellent from start to finish. They got our vehicle in quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The customer service was top-notch — we were kept informed every step of the way. When we picked up the car, it looked absolutely pristine. Everything was seamless and professional. After an auto accident, you’re already dealing with enough — and they made the repair process completely stress-free. Highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone in need of repair work.

I had a great experience with Stillwater CarStar. This was my first experience in an accident and was recommended to Stillwater CarStar by my insurance company. The communication was beyond the level of what you would expect to receive. Above and beyond. Steve shared daily detailed updates on the process and left me confident that my vehicle was going to be coming back to my possession looking good as new. You can tell that they care about what they do. I had requested that my license plate frame be put back on after repairs as it was a sentimental piece to me. Sure enough, I received a communication on the day the repairs were done that they made sure to add the frame back on. I didn’t even have to ask which is uncommon nowadays. The whole process was streamlined and very easy to follow for someone that’s never been in an accident prior. I will absolutely recommend Stillwater CarStar to friends and family, and would use this location again for services.
