Suggestions: Pave the road that leads to the office. Have an office assistant whose job is to immediately address customers that come in. The current vibe is unwelcoming.

On a scale of 5 stars: 1 of 5 - communication from start to finish was non-existent and not once the entire time was I contacted with a status. I called on numerous occasions and was promised a call back that never happened! Truck dropped off 14 Nov and picked up on the 6th of December - I haven’t had a chance to look at quality of work but I will in the next few days and update my feedback. Thanks, Larry Louviere
