Beyond impressed. Professional and efficient. Picked up my car and it was fully detailed and looked brand new. Two weeks later and it still looks and smells brand new after repair!!

I was kept in the loop with every step. The adjuster, Briana, was always available and very helpful when I called. My son was out of town when the car was done so they offered to drop of the vehicle. This was extremely helpful and appreciated since I don't know how to drive standard. The car looks like it was never it a wreck. The car took longer than expected because the insurance only claimed the bumper. Briana agreed the trunk was part of the accident and with her help we were able to get the trunk fixed too. That's the only reason it took longer. Extremely happy with the service we received.

They did a fantastic job as far as I can see. The truck looked great. I would recomend that they try to keep in touch a little better with the progress of the vehicle. I know the office staff is busy. I will. highly recommend this body shop to people I know that might need body work. To the staff, job well done. Brianna kept me up to date with my vehicle and was also very helpful on giving me information about returning my rental by the end of the day to Enterprise when my vehicle was marked “finished”. Otherwise I would have to pay for the next day. So I really appreciated that, because I had no idea.
