Thomas Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR prides itself on a magnitude of repeat and referral customers, and because customer retention is so important to CARSTAR and its insurance partners, we focus on service excellence. Owner Robert A. Waldron, Jr. Bob Waldron has owned Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR for over thirty years. He is an active member of Central MA Auto Rebuilders Association, supports local hockey and baseball organizations, and coaches sports as well. Bob has been in the Auto Body business since 1975. He purchased Waldron's A-1 Auto Body CARSTAR in January, 2000 and Henna Color Auto Body & Towing in Clinton in January 2010. CARSTAR was founded in 1989 on the principle of raising the standards of the collision repair industry. CARSTAR locally owned and operated autobody repair centers must meet strict requirements concerning quality of work, training and customer satisfaction.

Team was very nice and professional and my car looks great. I also really loved the carwash and interior detailing, I think that made me give this a 10 rating as it was nice touch to the work

Great customer service! I noticed some scratches on the car couple days after the work was done and took it back and they didn't give me a hard time, they looked at it saw the scratch and fixed it. This was a good experience as dealing with accidents and not have a car for 2 weeks while it's being fixed is hard and stressful so it's great that they see this and want to make is easy. The car was also very clean which made it even better!

They did an amazing job with the repairs to my car. And as an added bonus, they did a thorough cleaning of the outside and inside of the car. The inside looked as if it went through detailing.

I thought CARSTAR Thomas Waldron did an amazing job on my car! It looks better compared to when I bought it! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they finished ahead of schedule. I thought I was going to have to go another weekend without a car. I also liked the regular updates pertaining to the status of my car. The people that work there are super professional and courteous. I was offered water and Bundt cake when picking up my car. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome job!! I am beyond happy with the work that was done. Everyone was very nice and professional, which made what I thought would be a stressful situation, very easy I loved the constant updates, I always knew what was going on without having to call once. Best service I've ever experienced!
