The paint job looks very bad... stuff in paint and painted over and dips in paint and black spots down the side. Swirls in the paint horrible waiting to hear back from my insurance company. Looks almost worse then when I brought it in.

I picked up my truck from Carstar on Friday, August 14, and I’ve had to go back up there twice after picking it up for silly mistakes, like not being able to clear a code and not ordering a part for my truck that was needed to begin with. Now I’m noticing a sound that I have not heard my whole ownership of the truck until after I got it back from Carstar so I will have to address that too with your employees as well.
