My car was badly damaged in three separate accidents within about 10 days! Since all the were on different claims, I was reluctant to get it started because I didn't want to have to deal with different repair shops or car rentals! THANKFULLY the first repair was done through Troy Carstar! Because Troy Starcar is an excellent business, Nationwide Ins company also utilizes their expertise! They even arranged for me to keep the rental car I originally rented until the entire repair was finished!! What GREAT SERVICE!!!. Sandy, the office manager contacted me several times, kept me updated throughout the repair process, including sending pictures of the work in progress! To say I was thrilled with the results of my repair would be a serious understatement! Troy Carstar went above and beyond my expectations!! My car was inspected all over, and did superb repaid to the entire car, including sweeping out debris and cleaning the entire car!! I'm absolutely thrilled with the beautiful results of the repairs completed by TroyCarstat!!

It was pretty seamless from getting the estimate, to completing the job. I picked up the car and noticed a few loose spots on the replacement side but they took it back in and tightened it up in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!
