There seems to be no one responsible for final inspections & just release automobile over to customer. I brought my truck back to Carstar but my concerns was relayed back and forth from front desk to tech because of inability to answer my concerns. I noticed a hanging wire in the wheel well & underneath the truck bed that was worked on, two screws left inside the truck bed, a paint blemish and to explain why rear bumper cover has openings that show the rusty steel bumper underneath. In conclusion i spray painted the open holes to hide the rusty bumper & wire tide loose wire hanging from center of the bed since tech only addressed wire hanging in wheel well.

The people I spoke with were great ... except for the guy I talked to on the phone on Friday at 3, who said he had no idea if my car would be finished by 5, had no interest in checking with the mechanic, and instead he'd have someone call me back, and they never called (I live almost an hour away, so that would have been really helpful).

Looks good but the paint is much easier to scratch than I thought it would be. It has two small chips by the time I drove it back home plus two minor scratches from my bare hand from closing the hatch. I thought urethane dried harder than that. But it looks great good color match. Looks factory. I put it in the garage to give it a little more curing time

Truck was delivered back to me prior to the promised date. The issues I have are the first thing I had to do when I got the truck back was taken to get a tire fixed because there was a bolt in the tire near the tire that they were working on. The next issue I have is there are scratches on the front bumper that I never noticed before however, I cannot for certain say that it happened there.
