I had a wonderful experience for Carstar. Carlos looked at my vehicle on a Saturday and told me to bring my truck back that Monday. He made sure I had a reservation set up with enterprise to get my rental until my truck was fixed. My truck looks beautiful and he did some amazing work. If you ever need of any body work done to your vehicle, I recommend carstar.

It was repaired on time, and the car was in good condition. However, apart from the occasional issue of being unable to make calls, I suspect the problem would never have been fixed if I hadn’t gone to the site in person.

Repair work was done to satisfaction, length of time it took was extensive. They lost the car key in the process and took weeks after the vehicle was picked up to to send someone to reprogram my second remote. They still have the key they lost.
