On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my overall satisfaction with the quality of the repair as a 3. I was not satisfied due to the work not being completed on time , it was delayed by a week. Additionally, I did not receive any updates regarding my car until I called to inquire about its status.

Using the same scale, I would rate my satisfaction with the customer service I received from the repair shop's personnel as a 3. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they misplaced my key, which caused a delay of about 45 minutes. I found this to be quite unprofessional.
