No sacaron el tono de la pintura y su respuesta fueron puras evasivas. Lo fueran hecho semejante sería bueno pero el carro quedó solo los bomper en colo BLANCO y no color esmeralda el cual es el tono del carro. Yo entiendo que no quedará perfecto pero algo que se asimile al tono. Y no hecharle lo primero que les pareció. No vero profesionalismo.

Todo el trato fue cordial y amable, el trabajo también me gustó, se tomó más tiempo del que yo calculé pero eso lo puedo entender ya que depende de la compañía de seguros, ya que algunas aseguranzas toman mucho tiempo en los trámites burocráticos, pero al taller le doy un 10, gracias.

After having my 2022 Lexus damaged while parked, the insurance company referred me to the Carstar located on 48th and Kedzie, in Chicago. Carlos and his team were GREAT! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied….even to the extent of dropping off my car due to it not being ready during my initial attempted to pickup the vehicle. The employees were very professional & made a difficult situation bearable. I highly recommend Carlos and his team at Carstar.
