The quality of the work is excellent and the front office staff are very personable and professional. My one concern is the long wait for the repair of the car.. Delay of parts.which could not be helped by Car Starr.

This was a difficult question for me to answer. The people at CARSTAR were very pleasant and I’m sure they did their best to get my car repairs finished. However, the original estimated time for it to be completed was July 31. That date was then changed to August 5 and again to August 7. As it turns out the car was not ready until August 11. This was very frustrating as it I was out of town from August 10 making it necessary for my daughter to take time away from her job to pick up the car. As she drove home, she discovered a problem with the Maps program as the screen went blank intermittently I called CARSTAR and they suggested I have her bring the car back in, and they would take a look at it. They told her they could not find the problem and she should take it to a Toyota dealership. I can only assume that the issue is due to the accident as I had never had this problem before. now it is necessary for me to find time when I return home to get the car over to Toyota and see if they can tell me what’s going on. I hope the insurance will take care of this as I believe it is a direct affect of the accident. I will be back in town sometime late tomorrow, but I have a surgery scheduled for the following day so I am not sure when I will be able to get the car in to be looked at.

I had no direct contact with the people who did the work on my car, therefore it would be difficult for me to judge them. However, it seems to me that they should have expedited the repairs in a more timely fashion.
