Did not meet any of the repair shop personnel but they did a super job. Very happy. Customer service/Bonnie, as previously stated, was wonderful, personable and they would be hard pressed to replace her!

When I first went to pick up my car, the paint was not blended well and it did not match well. I let them know my thoughts and they said they would fix it. When I came back and picked it up the second time, they looked amazing. Very satisfied.

I had to take it back because the turn signal didn’t work but they fixed it. I had to pay 750 plus 500 deductible for an iner fender that I didn’t understand? But the people were friendly and nice. I only used the rental car for a short period of time because we purchased a third vehicle to drive. I would recommend them and Travelers very highly
