Carstar blew away my expectations. Every single employee I came in contact with was extremely friendly/ supportive and it felt genuine. Not forced. They kept the lines of communication up with me anytime there was an update with my car. My car came out showroom new and even with my eyes 2” away from area dent was I can not find where it was. Their shop is spotless and you can tell they take pride in the company. Hell, even when picking up the car I was trying to get myself a complimentary coffee in the lobby and one of the owners must of overheard my looking for a coffee lid. He went and found one for me. This is the level of customer service you will find here. I hope I don’t need collision work in the future. But if I do. It’s Venturas CarStar 100% of the time. Don’t even have to think about it.

There is marks/scratches on my drivers door from them tagging it for # of dents. Bonnie has Ben great about it and they will get a look at it when I take it back to them
