I have always had a great experience at West-Hill. But not this time. The repair took over two weeks. I realize that there was a paint booth issue and these things happen. But it was frustrating none the less.

You did a great job on the body work. However, the alignment is a little off. The car now veers to the right. Not a big deal. Our regular mechanic can deal with it the next time we change the oil. Thanks.

I was disappointed that since I had an appointment for a week after the estimate that the part would have already been ordered. The repair was delayed because part had not been delivered. The timing was my problem, not the quality of the work. Also, when I paid, it had not been mentioned that there was a surcharge for using credit. I realize now there is a sign on the counter, but I do not read everything sitting out in the office.

Disappointed with the color match, expected it might be lighter or darker but it appears to be more silver. Wouldn't be as noticeable but the piece right in front of the hood was painted not sure why. If it wasn't the color difference Wouldn't be as obvious

the painted bumper was not blended in with the fenders, the strip in front of the hood was totally painted instead of just blending in withe bumper, there is now an obvious contrast with the hood
