I’m not sure about the satisfaction level. Need to allow time to pass to be able to accurately measure quality of workmanship. This is the second round for replacement of a part that was replaced previously.

The customer service correspondence is terrible. They had my car for 18 days and if I never called them for an update, I would have never heard from them until my car was fixed. I asked them several times to keep me updated on the progress but never a call

The communication is very bad with west-hill I never got updates on when my car would be ready. I had to call them several times. Also they told me 2 times that my car was going to be ready and when I called to make sure it was ready, it wasn’t. They gave me wrong completion days 2 times. The actual work looks good but I wouldn’t recommend this body shop
