Service advisors were very helpful. The employee at the front desk however got information wrong, wasn’t informed or proactive, had to be reminded a few times, and could have been a lot more helpful

Whole process from the moment I pulled into CarStar, till the moment I took my car back 30 days later, everything was according to my satisfaction and everything was hassle free. One of the things I realized is I forgot about the stress associated with getting into an accident due to the amount of help and understanding I received from their end. And that, I think is one of the biggest things you can get from anyone after getting into any accident.

when I called to ask if the car was done, I was told that it was. In fact, Carstar was still waiting on a part they didn't have a delivery date for. They didn't want to hold things up for me, but it would've been helpful to know before making the drive to come get my car. Now I either have to make a second trip or see whether Carstar (Geico) will allow me to have it replaced elsewhere after I leave the area in 2 months. Carstar was already paid for the work/part by Geico so it's a bit complicated. I'm still waiting to hear from Carstar about my options.

They did a wonderful job on my car!!!!! I would definitely take my car here again if work ever needs to be done on it again!!!! Though I will be getting a New Car next year. I’m hoping to get a TESLA, and this place is one of the few Tesla certified places in my area!!!!
