Never in their wildest dreams would I recommend this shop. So much so I’m changing my commute home from work so I don’t ever have to pass this business again

Would not recommend this shop ever again, brought in for a fender repair. They repaired that fender but they damaged the rest of my vehicle during the repair process, told me the car was getting a respray due to the amount of damage. They have the car for a week to repair, I look over car and scratches are still present, clear coat on fender bubbled, scratches on glass and door handles, no description of work that was done post initial repair. Gaslit and told my scratches were not from them and that the owner didn’t agree with the other employees who claimed responsibility. Pulling tooth and nail to get scratched glass replaced among others. Would highly not recommend this place if it were the only certified body shop within 500 miles, I’d drive or tow my car 501 miles away.

Absolutely terrible, the manager insisted the damage was due to me taking the car through automatic car washes, of which I only have been through touchless where there is no brush making contact with the body. Also was told my glass scratches are from my snow brush during this winter
