I've had family have repairs done in other states and their cars were kept for weeks, even for minor damage, so I was elated when I got it back in 2 days!

I took my car in for an estimate on a Thursday or Friday and I was told I could leave it then, but I wasn't expecting that quick a service, so I asked if I could bring it on Monday. I took my car in around 10:00 on Monday morning, they had ordered the parts required and they were delivered quickly. They called me on Tuesday evening and said the car would be ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. Just as they said, I got a received a call Wednesday afternoon saying it was ready to go. I looked it over and you can't even tell it had been damaged! GREAT Customer Service!!!!

Work looks good but there was grease on my light colored steering wheel and black goo on my carpet near my back hatch. When I had work done at Carstar east, it was sooo clean when I got it back. This wasn’t the case here.
