Before the car had damage due to snow there was nothing wrong with it. When the car left your shop the new bumper was put together like it was Frankenstein with bolts visible on the outside of the vehicle. Your shop claimed that it didn't go on correctly because of previous damage but that makes no sense since the previous bumper was not falling off and didn't have bolts on the outside. The car is constantly parked on a dirt driveway so what may have looked like rust could have been dirt or mud from the driveway. My daughter is young and didn't know how to speak up for herself and i feel like your shop did a subpar job of doing the repairs and took advantage of my daughter.

We had to keep calling the shop to ask for updates. All we were told was maybe tomorrow. Then when it was ready it looked horrible. The bumper doesn't align with the rest of the car and the bolts are an eye sore
