While the staff was friendly enough and the vehicle itself was repaired. There are several other factors that made this a very poor experience. Being without your vehicle for several weeks and finding that ALL of your belonging have been stolen out of it while in your possession made for a dissatisfied customer. I will not be recommending your company for that very reason

While the outside of my car looks nice they had no respect for the inside of it. They folded the seat up and when I set them back up I found that 2 of my 4 CDs were broken. The other two are still missing

While the front desk associate was nice. When we noticed that all of my belongings were missing from the inside she immediately placed blame on others rather than accepting as company responsibility
