I had to hunt down someone to help me when we first arrived, car took 3 weeks for repairs (may have been forgotten or bumped to end of the line while we were on vacation), shop didn't contact us because they typed phone numbers in their computer wrong, "lost" our repair photos by saving them in the wrong place in computer. Friendly and seemingly good work, but terribly slow and disorganized.

The shop manager was very nice but disorganized. We left our car to be serviced while on vacation, but at the end of 2 weeks, it was not done. We suspected repairs had been forgotten or put on a back burner in favor of other jobs. Took a third week before we got the car back.
