They missed some damage and left fish eyes in the paint and over spray on my dash. They robbed the insurance company! No way there was 6,000.00 worth of parts! I personally would not do business with them again!

I am an elderly woman and I had a very upsetting experience at Carstar on West Kellogg in Wichita. My car was broken into twice in just six weeks. The first time I paid my $500 deductible and everything was fine. The second time, I explained to the shop that I could not afford another $500. Eric called me before the car was ready and told me I would not have to pay the deductible, that they would take care of it for me. But when I came in to pick up my car, he denied ever saying that and insisted I still had to pay. I told him I only had $200 to my name. Instead of keeping his word, he took that $200 from me and gave me my car. I left feeling lied to and taken advantage of, especially as an elderly woman on a fixed income. This was very dishonest, and it caused me a lot of stress. I want my $200 back. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I was very unhappy with them not having a loaner car until it was time to pick up our car. I would have used another shop if I had known they were not going to have a loaner car. This wound up costing us about $3000 for a rental car and other costs for transportation for 2 1/2 months while our car was being repaired. It was very inconvenient for us.

I talked to a few different customer care agents during this time. A couple were very nice but one of them was abrupt with me and told me the car wouldn’t not be ready till end of August. Insinuating to not call back till then. They never called me with updates.
