Interactions in the shop were courteous and friendly. BUT - I had two postponements of completion date, but NO notice until I called or went in to pick up the car. Common courtesy would be to notify the customer as soon as it is known that the completion date is postponed, so other transportation arrangements can be made if needed.

Carstar did an excellent job on my car. I have had work done in the past here and I am totally satisfied. The guys that work are the best. If you want your car fixed right come to Carstar you won’t be disappointed. They even cleaned my car and rims.
