Steve was great at communicating in the very beginning. But after he went on vacation, I got no updates about my car for 10 days, and inaccurate information about when it might be ready when I finally called. That was frustrating. But my car looks great and I appreciate the work they did. I would consider coming to Cartelli again.

Communication was nonexistent. One of the workers yelled at me and told me not to call even though my car was there for 3 weeks with no updates. I had been told it would take 2 days. The other person I talked to was pleasant which is the only reason I'm going as high as 5.

After picking up the car, I noticed a piece of plastic in the cup holder as well as a nib on the drivers side. That night it rained and the passenger side of the car filled with water, staining the interior roof fabric.

From the time I talked with you all to set up an appointment for estimate to repairs completed was the smoothest process for me. They communicated with the insurance Co for me which was a huge burden off my mind. They also coordinated the rental car to come and pick me up and bring me back when the car was completed. I found all of the staff professional and courteous. Completely satisfied with the repairs and everything step taking to get me back into my car.
