Our family owned facility offers personal touch and knowledge of collision repair industry which allows us to make the experience of going thru the process more pleasant for our clients. On our staff we have experts in claim handling, insurance appraisal processing and customer satisfaction with combined over 75 years of experience. We of course offer superior quality collision and auto body repairs as result of which we are certified collision repair facility by Nissan, Volvo, Hyundai, Infinity, Kia, Dodge/Ram/Chrysler, FIAT and others. We collaborate with ALL insurance carriers but ultimately we work FOR our CLIENTS.

Your auto service was recommended to me by Geico Insurance Company. Which is not my insurance company, so I was a little hesitant. Dealing with customer service at Fort Hill Collision was seamless. They walked me through every step of the way. Right next door to Fort Hill Collision is Enterprise car rental which was wonderful to communicate with both of them. My car was done on time. They came out and explained to me everything that they did to my car and how things were connected which you don’t normally think about. The paint color match was perfect. The texture is nice and smooth. You would never know my car was hit. I feel my overall experience with Fort Hill Collision Services was excellent. I believe they care about the quality of the service they provide to fix your vehicle and you as a customer!

The receptionist was friendly and explained the process to me. Very knowledgeable. The gentleman that went over the repairs with me was polite and professional. I lost my keys and he came out and helped me look for them!
