Everyone was very helpful and professional and the quality of work seems very good. There was a problem with the insurance company but Full Tilt was able to deal with them after much drama and my repair was covered, for which I am very grateful.

I have used this company a few times now and am always satisfied with the work. The duration was a little longer than anticipated but that is the way of the world and not everything falls into one persons fault. I was informed of the delays. We were provided with an alternative vehicle to use and I feel everything was very reasonable overall. The quality of the work is great and I really appreciated the text updates. Made me know I was not forgotten despite the delays.
