The only thing that would have made me put 10(very satisfied) is if they fixed the issue we had sooner like on my first or second time back. And my door wasn’t super loose after being back. But I still score high because they never gave up and even though it was a tedious squeak they had to find and lined up the door ,they didn’t give me attitude or not want to help me.

Always wanted to help fix the issue and even got me a rental twice
