Ivy kept me informed of the progress of my car and it was completed a day early. In addition, after I got home. I noticed something on my (not sure what it was) side pannel and Ivy said to bring it back so they could look at it. She took it back and they buffed it out. This is great customer service. Paul

In calling for directions, the rep couldn’t tell me how far west Marshall was and didn’t know the name of the business at the intersection of Marshall and Gordon. He didn’t seem concerned that he couldn’t give me that info and suggested that Ibput it in my phone. The maps in my phone were rather confusing and that is why I called to ask for help.
