In calling for directions, the rep couldn’t tell me how far west Marshall was and didn’t know the name of the business at the intersection of Marshall and Gordon. He didn’t seem concerned that he couldn’t give me that info and suggested that Ibput it in my phone. The maps in my phone were rather confusing and that is why I called to ask for help.
